What's your refund policy?

Each lead is phone verified before being made available for purchase. This process eliminates 99% of low-value leads.

Attorneys receive detailed information about each potential client's circumstances before purchase, allowing for further screening of unwanted or non-viable cases.

Furthermore, our system allows only one party to purchase any given lead.

If you have an issue with a lead you've purchased, you can request a refund directly from your user account. We will investigate the request and issue refunds in cases where the lead is determined to be illegitimate. 

The following circumstances are not covered by our refund policy:

  • After consultation, the potential client chooses not to retain your services.

  • You decline to represent the potential client based on information obtained during consultation, so long as the information provided at the time of lead purchase was not misleading or inaccurate.
