I'm not receiving emails from Legl.

If you aren't receiving emails from us, please check your spam folder. To prevent our emails from being filtered in the future, add us to your contacts or email whitelist (see below).

If our emails aren't in your spam folder, please submit a ticket and we will contact your ISP to investigate the issue.

You should receive an email from us when:

  • You create an account.
  • You send or receive a case referral.
  • A referral you've sent or received has been updated.

Depending on your notification settings, you may also receive additional account-related emails.


How to whitelist us: 


Option 1 If the email is in your Spam folder, check the box next to the mailing and click the "Not Spam" button along the top.
Option 2 (Best)

Create a rule that prevents any email from going to Spam:
Step 1: Click the "Show Search Options" arrow in the Google search bar at the top of Gmail (screenshot)

Step 2: Enter "" in the "From" field and click "Create filter with this search" (screenshot)

Step 3: Choose "Never send it to spam" then click "Create filter" (screenshot)


Microsoft Outlook (2010/2013):

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook (2010/2013).
  2. In the home tab, click the Junk drop down menu.
  3. Then click Junk Email Options. (screenshot)
  4. Navigate to the Safe Senders tab.
  5. Click the Add button.
  6. Type in "", then click OK. (screenshot)              


Hotmail /

Option 1

If the mailing is in your "Junk E-Mail Folder", open the email and click the "Not Junk" button. 

Option 2 (Best)

Add the From address you want to receive mailings from to your Hotmail Safe Senders List:

  1. Open your mailbox and click “Options” (upper right hand corner). (screenshot)
  2. Click the “Safe and Blocked Senders” link under “Preventing Junk Email” category. (screenshot)
  3. Select the “Safe Senders” link.
  4. Copy and paste "" into the dialog box titled “Sender or domain to mark as safe”. (screenshot)
  5. Click the “Add to list” button next to the dialog box.


Yahoo Mail:

Option 1

If the mailing is in your Yahoo Spam Folder open the email and click the "Not Spam" button.

Option 2      (Best)

Set up a filter to redirect the mailing you want to receive in your inbox:

  1. Open your mailbox and click on "Settings" (upper right hand corner). (screenshot)
  2. Select "Filters" (screenshot)
  3. Click the "Add" button on the Filters page.
  4. In the "From" row, make the drop down "contains" and put "" address in the box. (screenshot)
  5. At the bottom of the page Click the " Then move the message to this folder " pull down menu and select "Inbox". (screenshot)
  6. Click the "Save" button.



Option 1                      

If the mailing is in your SPAM Folder, you can open the email and click the " Not Spam" button.

Option 2 (Best)

AOL does not blacklist emails from contacts in your Contacts list, so all you have to do to whitelist emails is add the sender to your Contacts list and move the email to the Inbox folder:

  1. Click the "Contacts" menu and select "New contact". (screenshot)
  2. Inside the "New Contact" window paste the email address into the " E-Mail" field. (screenshot)
  3. Click the "Add Contact" button.

The most common way to whitelist an address is to add it to your address book, white list, or safe list.  There is no universal way to whitelist an address, so if this is not an option, you will have to consult the help section associated with your email application.  They should have instructions on how to whitelist an address there.
