Why isn't my profile published?

Before a profile can be published, it must include:

  • at least one location (address and phone)
  • at least one practice area
  • the state(s) you're licensed in, and year licensed

After you've entered this information, turn the "Publish My Profile" setting to "On" from your Profile Settings page: 



To edit your locations, practice areas, and licensure, use the links in the "Directory Profile" menu in your account dashboard:
